Positions available:

  • Architectural Technician/ Technologist

    We are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists and/ or Technicians who are either chartered or have at least several years post qualification experience. Excellent AutoCAD skills would be essential to succeed in the position, experience in Sketchup would be a bonus.

    Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

    • Either MCIAT registered or several years post qualification
    • Self-motivated and be able to work to a high standard within the given deadlines
    • Ability to demonstrate strong technical abilities exhibited throughout your supporting portfolio
    • Good communication skills both verbally and written
    • Proficient understanding of the UK building regulations
    • Provide design proposals, technical solutions/ specifications, professional expertise, and support

  • Mid-Weight Interior Designer

    We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join our well established design team which focusses on delivering outstanding projects throughout the UK, primarily within the leisure sector.

    The Role

    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client objectives and aspirations.
    • Be able to think about creative solutions in a holistic way, not just focusing on how they look, and be good at explaining your ideas to the rest of the team.
    • Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
    Sharing your knowledge and skills by mentoring less experienced team members.

    What you’ll need to succeed.

    • Minimum 5+ years, within a design practice working on commercial projects, ideally within the leisure industry.
    • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
    • Confident presenting skills.
    • Demonstratable CAD skills and experience.
    • Ability to work to client feedback and deliver projects to deadlines.
    • A willingness to learn and improve.
    • An ability to work independently and manage your own time.
    • A team player, willing to raise your hand to support others and problem solve.
    • Professional and respectful attitude to work at all times.
    • Driving licence essential.
