THE BRIEF:
Development from the ground up of a new build luxury care home located in the prestigious surroundings of The Bishops Avenue, considered to be one of the wealthiest streets in the world.
THE CONCEPT:
Design inspiration comes from the aptly nicknamed ‘Billionaires Row’ location, along with the diverse architectural styles and characteristics that make up Highgate.
From Highgate’s modernist buildings to extravagant and opulent Victorian style, featuring panelled walls and decorative plaster covings reminiscent of Georgian Regency, the interior speaks of comfort.
In every corner there is a nod to the lavish history and surroundings of the building as well as practical space planning allowing seamless operation.
